By accessing or using the Xomi application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Xomi is an AI companion chatbot platform that allows users to interact with AI-generated characters. The App is provided for entertainment and personal use only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

All character responses are generated by artificial intelligence. Xomi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. AI characters are fictional and their responses should not be taken as professional advice.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
The App, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Xomi. User-created characters and content remain the property of their creators, but you grant Xomi a license to host and display such content within the platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xomi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
